Unused — I ordered this to upgrade my crank and accidentally got the version with outboard bearings instead of the recessed inboard ones, which is what I actually needed. One side of the threads is no longer factory perfect as a result, because I did try to install one side before realizing my mistake, but the bearings are as fresh as possible. Officially, they’re only compatible with modern Shimano Hollowtech II 24mm crank spindles. The bearings themselves are very nice and smooth, or at least they are on the correct one for my bike that I ultimately installed. It also has a rigid sleeve to protect your internal cables, which will work for BB shells up to 111mm wide.
